• Enquiry form: your name, email address, the service or product you are interested in, your message and your acknowledgement of this policy.
• Email, phone calls or WhatsApp messages you choose to send us.

Information collected automatically

• Technical information recorded by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser and device details, date and time, and the page requested. This is used to operate and secure the website.
• Short-lived anti-spam records linked to a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit repeated form submissions.
• Optional website usage statistics through Google Analytics, only if analytics has been enabled on this website and you have chosen to allow it.

Please do not send passwords, ID numbers, banking or card details, health information or other special personal information through the enquiry form.

Providing your details through the enquiry form is voluntary, but we cannot respond without a name, a way to contact you and a description of your enquiry.

The website works without marketing cookies. We store your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage under the key kabusoft-optional-analytics-v1 so that we can respect it on later visits.

Google Analytics is optional. If it is enabled on this website, it stays off until you choose “Accept optional” in the privacy banner. If you accept, Google may set cookies (such as _ga) and process technical data about your visit. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy preferences” in the footer; choosing “Reject optional” stops analytics and removes its cookies from this site. If analytics has not been enabled, no analytics scripts are loaded at all.

Anti-spam records are short-lived and cleared automatically. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, the enquiry form includes spam and abuse protection, and enquiry details are sent to our mailbox rather than stored in a website database. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no website or internet transmission is completely risk-free. If we become aware of a security compromise affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

Subject to POPIA and its exceptions, you have the right to:

• ask us to correct, update or delete personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, excessive or unlawfully obtained;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
